TüCon Management is currently coordinating the purchase of operating resources for the Czech production facility of a German manufacturing company which operates on an international scale.

The project covers the entire process from tendering and ordering through to payment, taking into account international tendering and funding guidelines. Furthermore, TüCon Management has been commissioned to consult on and implement a C-parts management system for all the company’s production facilities worldwide.
